If there is disruption to any of the IT systems at Aston you will see it listed in the Broad Service disruptions area on the home page of Solve. You can then register with this disruption and receive the latest updates by email.

  1. Log into the Solve portal.
  2. On the home page look at the Broad Service Disruption area.
  3. Inside the Disruption Alert you will see the option to register that you are also affected.
  4. You will now receive all the updates on this disruption by email.
